Who We Are

Civication, Inc. is nonpartisan, nonprofit, educational, and tax exempt under the Internal Revenue Code 501(c)(3), section 170(b) (1) (A) (v1), as a public charity organization. On July 14, 2008 we incorporated under the laws of the State of Florida and received our Registration for a Nonprofit Corporation with the Office of the Secretary of State of Texas in January 2009.

Contributions to Civication, Inc. are tax deductible in accordance with the Internal Revenue Code.

Here’s a brief description of the founders:

Ken Hurley has had a successful career in a variety of businesses and now enjoys the freedom offered to pursue effective positive differences in the lives of others. Ken speaks frequently on constitutional issues, civil rights, and civic education. Ken celebrates his seventh year hosting a public-interest, television show entitled, civil discourse, where controversial issues are discussed in a civil manner. “Let us know, friend or foe — we want you on the show.” Ken brings to Civication, Inc. astute business acumen, a strong commitment, and a desire to create lasting success in an organization that will effectively address under served populations.

Ken Hurley interviews Dvorah Ben-Moshe about Civication, Inc.

Dvorah Ben-Moshe graduated law school in the spring of 2002 and practiced with the civil litigation law firm, Terrell Hogan in Jacksonville, Florida, where she was a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Inns of Court, Florida Bar, and US Middle District of Florida (FLMD).  Dvorah was an adjunct professor of law at Florida State College where she taught Business law, Family Law and Trusts and Estates.

Dvorah is a mother of two children, Ilan and Eden, and lives in Austin, Texas, where she seeks to create new opportunities and programs to bring people together to discuss information and ideas on social, economic, civic, and political equality through the work of Civication, Inc.
